James & Gracie sealed the deal on May 26 & we got a new sister!!!!
James and Gracie were friends in high school and Gracie was James' first date after his mission - lucky boy! They dated the summer he got home and were engaged in January. We love them & love them even more together. <3
It was the perfect day celebrating those two surrounded by our family & friends.
The day before, we had a little girls date with pedicures & cookies. We had been waiting for the big day for so long and could hardly wait. We had been praying and watching the weather closely, hoping for no rain.
The morning was beautiful and our family group chat looked like this on the drive to the temple.
Then they were married! I had never been a part of an immediate family member wedding. It was fun to remember my own wedding throughout the day but not be the center of attention!
Their luncheon was at Hidden Orchards, our family's wedding venue on the farm.
Snapped a picture with the Wagner cousins who were able to come and be a part of their special day.
Then all of the Wagners came over to our house before the reception. Another highlight of the day. I love those aunts and uncles. Some live farther away than others and it was so fun to have quality conversations and spend time together during a little break in the day.
The reception was in Gracie's backyard & it didn't rain! Just some wind before the reception began. And just like that, allllll of that planning and preparing paid off and the day was over.
